Welcome to FEMINA+. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules that apply when you browse feminaplus.co.uk (the "Website") and when you buy FEMINA+ Lymphatic Drainage Drops from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written for consumers in the United Kingdom. Nothing in them removes or limits the rights you have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

When we say "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms, we mean FEMINA+. When we say "you", we mean the customer placing an order.

2. Our products

We sell FEMINA+ Lymphatic Drainage Drops, a liquid dietary supplement. Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the label.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.

3. Prices and offers

All prices on the Website are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Tracked shipping to the United Kingdom is free on every order, so the price shown at checkout is the full price you pay.

All purchases are one-off purchases. We do not offer subscriptions and you will never be charged on a recurring basis.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. If we discover an obvious pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch so you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Placing an order

Placing an order is simple: choose your offer, add it to your basket, enter your delivery and payment details, and confirm. Before you confirm, you will have the chance to review and correct your order.

By confirming your order, you accept these Terms. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • there is an existing dispute relating to a previous order;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of a payment method;
  • there is an error in the price or description of the product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Website.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely online at the time you place your order, through trusted third-party payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We do not store your full card details. Your payment information is handled by our payment providers under their own security standards.

Your order is processed and dispatched only once payment has been authorised and confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Tracked shipping is free on every order.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed, but if we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Please make sure the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

The product becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

7. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

As a UK consumer buying at a distance, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the product.

To cancel, simply email us at support@feminaplus.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

If you cancel, please return the product to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will refund the price you paid, including any standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the product back (or of you providing proof of return, if earlier). Refunds are made to the original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the legal right to cancel does not apply to bottles that have been opened or unsealed. Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned under this right. We may reduce your refund if the value of a product has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

This legal right is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day money-back guarantee described below.

8. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying FEMINA+. That is why your first order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@feminaplus.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number. Our team will explain the simple steps to follow and arrange your refund. The guarantee applies even if you have opened and tried the product.

The guarantee applies to your first order and may be used once per customer. Refunds are made to the original payment method once the return has been processed. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy on the Website.

9. Faulty or incorrect products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the products we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 14 days of delivery, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return costs.

Please keep the product and its packaging, and where possible send us a photo, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We are not liable for any harm resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow the dosage and usage instructions on the label, or use against the advice of a healthcare professional. Food supplements affect people differently and individual experiences may vary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of your statutory rights, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We supply products for private, domestic use only. We are not liable for any business losses.

11. Intellectual property

The FEMINA+ name, logo, product names, packaging design, website content, text, images, videos and graphics are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Using the Website

We do our best to keep the Website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the Website at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

13. Personal data

We take your privacy seriously. The way we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Website. We use your data to process and deliver your orders, to provide customer support and, where you have agreed, to keep you informed about FEMINA+.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as FEMINA+ operates from Dubai. However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you will always benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the law of the part of the UK in which you live, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away from you. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
